THE ASK: Develop the look for the NFL’s 100th Season in 2019 with the purpose of unifying all visual communication related to the celebration. The look should capture a sense of excitement, optimism, and unity — all of which reflect the nature of our fans' passion for NFL football. The kit will be executed by the League, 32 clubs, sponsors, and media partners. The components will be adaptable for the clubs to use and customize.
THE IDEA: They say evolution takes millions of years. Stop it. This game is changing right in front of our eyes. From dirt fields and wishbones to Jumbotrons and Beast Mode, the NFL has grown from a weekly battle into a worldwide bonanza. We used to plaster our heroes on bedroom walls, now we blow right by them on Xbox. The athletes are stronger. The gameplay is faster. The joy, pain and passion, as palpable as ever. Mannings beget Mannings beget who knows how many more Mannings? The more this game grows, the better it gets. And the next era is going to be awesome.
